Desining a landscpe is similar in some ways to designing houses and interiors, requiring a combination of technical knowledge, experience of the materials and creativity. 
Unlike building, in a living environment there is the added dimension of time and change, which makes things exciting as we mentally time travel to plan for the development over many years, in every season and in careful consideration of those who will use the space.
